Getting to know Marguerite Joseph
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner treating adults across Florida for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and substance use.
I offer medication management, Spravato (esketamine) in-office for treatment-resistant depression, Suboxone for opioid use disorder, and naltrexone or Vivitrol for alcohol use disorder.
I see patients in-office in Palm Beach County and by telehealth across Florida, in English and Creole.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Your first visit is a full hour, not fifteen minutes, so we can go through your history and figure out what's actually going on. You'll see me at every visit, not a rotating list of providers.
If you're interested in Spravato, Suboxone, or naltrexone/Vivitrol, we'll do a full evaluation first to confirm it's the right fit before starting.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start with a full psychiatric evaluation covering your history, symptoms, and goals, then build a treatment plan: medication, education, or both.
ADHD evaluations include standardized screening and required computerized testing (15-20 minutes, $175 self-pay).
For opioid or alcohol use, we review your substance use history and talk through your goals, sobriety or a more moderate approach. Vivitrol is given in-office; Suboxone includes ongoing follow-up.

I'm in-network with Aetna, Florida Blue, Cigna/Evernorth, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. Oscar Health and AvMed may be covered through the Optum network, call to confirm. If you're out-of-network, I provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service; I accept HSA cards and all major credit cards.
