“The staff was very friendly and attentive. Due to Covid I did have to wait in my car until the doctor was ready for me but over all it wasn’t a terrible wait. I did wait about an hour just for the doctor to come back to the room and check me out.”

We got walk in visit available back in after COVID-19 long curfew. The office still hold patient needs, thanks.
I waited an hour for the doctor to see me which was ridiculous but the doctor was very nice and informative.

I was hoping to get some help and new ideas but that didn’t happen and I am very disappointed.

Doctor that does tell the truth of what her practice does. Doesn’t care for the Patients
Verified patient
She set up an immediate appointment for a sonogram to rule out a serious condition.

Did not see Dr. DiGiovanni. Saw a nurse to get flu shot.

I keep up my regular fifties but in the emergency everything went very well. I am very happy that I did not wait thrive the weekend.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and personable!

I booked Dr DiGiovanni because Zocdoc says that she is 1) accepting new patients and 2) is a primary care physician. Just so you know, this office is an urgent care office, not a regular GP or PCP. They saw me anyway and the medical provider I saw was great, but just know that this is an urgent care if you go.
I never actually saw Dr. DiGiovanni during my visit. The RN who saw me was helpful and gave me an antibiotic for my ear infection, however, since COVID policies (understandably) didn't allow for me to remove my mask during the visit, it felt less through than an appointment normally would.

She went above and beyond for me. I was so thankful to have a doctor who listened, provided information in way I understood and followed up to make sure I was doing okay and had all the resources I needed to make sure I would feel better. Was SO happy to have found her and would certainly use her for future issues.

Some other young , male doctor gave me the flu shot. No explanation offered and no receipt provided, as always occurred in the past.
Verified patient
Even though the office was incredibly busy due to the Corona virus scares, everyone did their best to have me seen as quickly as possible. Dr. DiGiovanni was very helpful and kind, I would recommend her to anyone.

FYI - She doesn't take appointments through Zoc Doc anymore, she is a doctor for the Stamford Health Medical Group walk-in clinic. I made an appointment through ZocDoc, got the confirmation email etc. Once I went for my appointment, reception informed me she is a walk in only, and my appointment was not valid. I had to provide my information again, and then wait and hour and a half to be seen.
Make note she does NOT take appointments through Zocdoc. Luckily she was able to see me within twenty minutes. No complaints otherwise.

All she did was prescribe antibiotics....
Verified patient
Doctor was extremely quick and rushed out of room while patient was trying to ask questions. Did not spend any time with patient or answer patient’s questions even though there were no other patients waiting.
I needed to seek advice besides hers to get better. I'm sure she's a wonderful doctor when not being rushed, but, from the experience I had in her walk-in clinic, I'm not sure I would recommend her.
Verified patient
RN who checked me in made some unnecessary and, frankly, judgmental comments about my family history that were irrelevant to my visit. Doctor D. was fine, but I didn't need the commentary from her staff.
She was very sweet and helpful
Verified patient
She was incredibly thoughtful, direct in discussion, and when necessary helps you build a future plan for treatment. I would absolutely recommend her!
