About Maria-Lourdes Aragon

My name is Maria-Lourdes Aragon, and I use pronouns she/her or they/them. I have over 10 years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist and hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Central Washington University. I have counseled hundreds of clients, guiding them toward a positive relationship with food to help achieve their health and lifestyle goals. While working with me, we will discover your "why"-the reasons behind specific behaviors, especially around food and body image. I focus on a client-centered approach, encouraging the setting of small goals one at a time, leading to long-lasting and sustainable changes. My goal is to create a safe and confident space for my clients. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, birdwatching, and reading. I am very passionate about the work I do and look forward to connecting with you soon.
