How clean and friendly the receptionist was. They had a coffee machine available for use. The waiting area was very clean. I didn't wait long to see Maria. She was great, she listened to my issue. She explained eveything. I had a great experience. Definitely too care of my impacted earwax situation.

An awesome experience from end-to-end. From the moment of check-in (I'm so sorry, but I can't remember the name of the woman at the front desk) it was a stellar experience. Dr. Santana was SO easy to talk to, and kept me informed as far as the tests that she was conducting, the entire time. If you have a hearing concern, I would recommend Dr. Santana (and her awesome office) any day!

I found Maria on Zocdoc after I woke up with bad ear pain from an ear wax clog. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Compared to other ENTs I contacted who said I needed to wait a month, this was a great option. I'm really gratefully that I found this place especially since they used a machine instead of the manual syringe method that my former practitioners used. The relief was instant and my ears no longer hurt.

The environment was so nice and the staff were nicer.
The doctor was a good listener and so kind. She did all of the necessary things on my ears and talked to me about all options. I believe that she is so professional in her work.

Secretary Ramos was very welcoming just to start off. Dr. Santana is a true professional. Unlike other establishments I’ve been to prior, she checked my ears and instantly identified that I needed a deep clean. Once she deep cleaned my ears, she proceeded to give me the audiogram.
