About Maria Timotheou

I am a licensed registered dietitian with over 15 years experience, and a specialization in IBS and gut health. I work with individuals to discover and heal the root cause to uncomfortable and painful bloat, gas, abnormal bowel habits, and food sensitivities; and improve overall health and wellness, through a mind-body-gut reset to strengthen immune function, decrease inflammation, balance hormones, manage stress, increase energy, mood and reach weight goals. Helping people improve their gut health is important to me, as I also had a very difficult journey with IBS, a food phobia due to many food sensitivities, and high anxiety and stress. I know the impact of poor gut health is more than just physical. It is isolating, lonely, frustrating, and feels hopeless. Now fully recovered from IBS, - zero food intolerances and a health and wellness routine that centers me daily, I am eager to help others transform the way they look and feel.
