“My visit to Dr. Hurtado’s office last week was very good. The reception area looked highly organized and professional, and the front desk staff were efficient and friendly.
My wait was no more than 30 minutes and might have been less. Dr. Hurtado listened to me and asked relevant questions. She is a very personable lady and I am glad that I saw her profile on the website when looking for a new PCP. I would certainly recommend Dr. Hurtado to anyone looking for a doctor.

I see so many positive reviews of Dr. Hurtado so maybe it's just me but here's how it went. I spoke to the doctor about my symptoms and how I have been feeling overall. She did seem to listen well so I can concede that point. After some bloodwork, I logged in to my patient portal to view my results and noticed that some of my levels were in the abnormal range. I got a note from Dr. Hurtado saying that everything was normal, to which I replied, wait what? What about these levels showing as abnormal? Her response was very dismissive, and there was no mention at all of what I originally went to her for. She made me feel she was not taking me or my symptoms seriously and just blowing me off. So what about what I came to you for doctor? You make some test results available and explain nothing to the patient? I came to Dr. Hurtado feeling lousy and hoping she could help me find out why. I just feel I deserve a lot more than a bunch of test results and being no closer to finding out why I feel sick.

This was my first visit with Dr Hurtado but she obviously knew what she was doing so I am going to let her try to clean up the mess my last doctor made. I was really impressed with the fact that I have been trying to find a new primary care doctor for days and they have all been so disorganized I couldn’t couldn’t get an appointment. The visit went very quickly. I think I had to wait about 5 minutes before being taken back. Once checked in, the Doctor saw me almost immediately. I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Hurtado was, taking time to answer questions, and go through my medical history thoroughly.
