Outstanding impression by greeting upon arrival, short time wait. Led back to room was made comfy by mutual chatter by soft gentle spoken staff. Finding we had common interests. Vitals done. Mariana was beautiful in appearance and most welcoming with her most thorough intro, exam and was very convincing in her approach to obtain my personal health concerns, conditions and how together we will treat them. Gave me options, answered all my questions. Excellent visit making me comfortable trusting for a hopefully a long relationship. Upon departure again was explained treatment plan, referrals on any upcoming specialists, labs by another friendly, female. my choicewas satisfying .Sickness, treatments, relationships with caretakers today begin with a routine like approach, half listening to concerns and an approach that is shallow, rushed. This appt. Was not a disappointment, a “ I’ll have to wait, see how this goes in the future”. Fresh, start met with much confidence.
