They waited until the Saturday morning of a holiday weekend to let me know that they couldn't help me at my appointment the following week, leaving me to stress anxiously all weekend until I could start my search for another doctor on Tuesday after the holiday.
Video visit
Provider had a bad attitude, felt to me like she did not want to be there. She asked me to send her my previous medications; I sent them to her via the Chatbox. She stated she could not view the format. When I asked if I could e-mail them, she seemed annoyed. My Spravato psychiatrist has a much better patient manner. This person was nothing like that. I would not recommend her. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere.
