I wanted to do my annual checkup, it was theoretically covered by my insurance. When I finally was seen by the doctor, they told me it wasn't covered. Also, the doctor that I saw, wasn't the one listed here.

This appointment was completely useless. I had an appointment 4 days prior with to establish my general practitioner and get annual bloodwork (etc) ordered. Someone called me from the practice and told me I HAD to have another appointment to officially establish them as my PCP. I ended up waiting 25mins for the official appointment. And the appointment lasted 3mins. Absolutely a waste of time. I like the practice, but I don’t understand why I had to make this appointment.
