“The doctor was pleasant and informative, good bedside manners.
The office had a really unpleasant smell of sweat. The office is too small, the receptionist was real busy no extra help for her, the privacy to speak to her was not the best. Although, The bathroom was clean. Furthermore, I had a schedule appointment I had to wait exactly an hour and 15 minutes. So what was the purpose of a schedule appointment? One of the forms given were for crucial care. Didn’t understand this one. I felt it was unnecessary and no one explained the reason for it. While the assistant ask medical history someone knock on the door loudly to give a sample of the urine. This should be a different system to handle. There was an empty space next to her office. Why couldn’t it be place there while she finish with me and got interrupted. ”

The wait times at this office are crazy. Plan on waiting for two hours to be seen. I waited an hour then left because it took so long. Another person in the waiting room had been waiting two hours to be seen.

I have been looking for a good PCP that is clear and precise with my needs and concerns. She exams well and has knowledge also on topics. Look forward to my doctor visits now. I took a early AM appointment so i was first on the list to be seen but many people come to the office and were already waiting before 9am their opening time. Total appointment time took about an hour and half.

Waited for over 2h 30 minutes with an appointment and was still not seen. I had to leave as I have other obligations and over 2 hours wait for a scheduled appointment is insane and very unprofessional.
They need to learn how to avoid overbooking patients.

Selected this doctor based on ZocDoc reviews. I absolutely believe they are fake as the Yelp reviews were more accurate to my experience. 3 hour wait, rude receptionist, and a very confused and uncoordinated doctor.

The doctor was nice and a great listener. The staff was nice but the wait time was ridiculous especially waiting to get called back for a simple intake before seeing the provider. My appointment was at 12:15 I got there early like 11:50 like you’re supposed to but didn’t get called back for my intake until we’ll after 1. I didn’t leave until 2 something. The office also looks old and outdated. But everyone was nice.

Doctor Marina is absolutely amazing : very attentive , very patient with excellent bedside manners. I felt so comfortable sharing my concerns.

Her office screens professionalism . She is knowledgeable and is the type of doctor you feel should be part of the family . I lost my practitioner and missed him so much but she is getting me back on track with my general health needs . Get friendly staff & very friendly doctor. My only concern was that I was waiting for a long time, so I’m not sure if they double book themselves between their regular patients & those that book through Zocdoc. I would still go back for sure because they seem caring, but I know I have to plan to be there at least 2 hours unfortunately.

I was seen a few minutes after I arrived for my visit. Dr. Yusupov was attentive to my concerns, and I felt she really listened. I felt so comfortable telling her about my health and what has been going on in my life. She left no stone unturned and performed a thorough physical exam! By the end of the visit, I felt like all my needs were addressed. I have never met a physician as exceptional as Dr. Yusupov, and I look forward to seeing her again.

I recently moved here and had to change doctor! I was very anxious about the change however Dr. Yusupov has been amazing. She’s very attentive, smart and listens to my concerns! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor in the area!

Dr. Yusupov is a very caring doctor. She has excellent bed manner, very attentive and really takes time to figure out the best approach to her patients. She is very sensitive to her patients concerns, ready to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend her.
