Although she was very nice and professional and knowledgeable. I won’t be going back to see her. The Pap smear was extremely painful, I’ve never experience so much pain for that exam and now I’m traumatized . The office also had to cancel/change my appointment 3x which was very annoying. So yup that’s a never again
for me.

As I walked in the staff was not friendly did not greet me. Once my information was taken, I brought to a room for a weight and BP and was told a room was not ready. As I waited for 20 minutes about three patients were placed into rooms. The medical assistant was extremely rude, and short. She did not tell the provider my concerns until the provider was actively completing the a Pap smear. I will not be going back and will not recommend any of my loved ones to go either.

I went in for an annual gym appointment. The doctor has no bedside manners. The whole experience felt like a fast food service. While performing my pap-smear the Dr and her nurse spent the time talking about current events and pop culture. The tool that is used slipped out twice she just shoved it back in. There was no conversation about what she was doing or preparation for her fingers or the tool she was using one of the worst experiences I've had. Would not recommend her at all. The only old plus was the appointment was a little less than an hour.

I went for an annual pap/check up. The nurse was amazing, the doctor...not so much. She did nothing to quell any anxiety and during the pap-smear did not talk me through the procedure. Every doctor previously has been great, and tells me what and when they are doing something. Very uncomfortable experience.
Moreover, I had to wait over an hour for my appointment because the doctor came in late...not because there were patients before me. ALSO, during the follow up appointment, I was the one pointing out (important) outcomes about my test results that she didn't even notice.
The office staff was okay, except they did a poor (nonexistent) job in explaining which procedures are covered by insurance. Upon calling after receiving the bill, turns out they had that information very handy and very quickly and rudely told me specifics about my specific insurance as if it was general knowledge.
Would not recommend and definitely finding a new doctor.

First visit was positive. Office was clean and still had COVID protocols in place. Well staffed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did wait longer than expected but staff updated me during my wait. Dr. St. Charles was warm and friendly and took time to answer my questions.

Highly recommended!! I really can’t say enough great things. I felt a calm positive energy from both the nurse/medical assistant Theresa and Dr St Charles. Thorough but didnt take too long, and not uncomfortable as past exams have been. Please go if you are looking to switch or start with a gyno. 5 stars.

She is very sweet, detailed, and I could tell she was listening to my questions/concerns. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff.
