“The front office staff was very pleasant and so was the Dr. However, it was a bit of a wait (over 30 minutes past the appointment time) and I had arrived 15 minutes before the time I was scheduled for.”

“I had a lovely appointment with Dr. Gillien Athey. I had almost no wait time in the waiting room and Dr. Athey immediately knew how fix my main skin concern upon entering the room and looking at my skin. Additionally, she took the time to remove a skin tag, address an acne concern, take a small unexpected skin biopsy, and sign me up for a blood test. I was stunned at how many medical procedures she was able to address in a short 20 minute office visit. I was so grateful that she noticed things about my skin that I had never noticed before and instantly recommended treatments. Will definitely be returning! ONLY negative thing I have to say is that any time you call the office, you are almost always put on hold and sometimes the hold times are quite long (over 10 minutes).”
