While I am a believer in 'better living through chemistry,' I pride myself on minimalism, and believe a combination of medicines and psychotherapy is usually best. My practice involves a mix of formal psychotherapy and managing medicines. I prefer to work with people who are interested in pursuing treatment and taking their mental health into their own hands.
