I provide compassionate care while using the most advanced techniques and state-of-the-art technology in orthopedics today.” Dr. Maffet has extensive experience in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and knee and uses the most advanced techniques and individualized care to get his patients back to their healthy lifestyles. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and his sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles. Dr. Maffet, a clinical assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine, has been the team physician for Houston's Comets and Thunderbears and HBU athletics
