“My experience with Dr. kay was perfection. I am blown away at how clean, organized and friendly this office is. I was greeted by name as soon as I entered the office waiting area. I was placed in an examination room within five minutes of my arrival time. I was seen by nurse who took some information immediately. As soon as she left the examination room Dr. Kay entered and was very compassionate, caring and thorough. My prescription was called in and when I asked a question about a pamphlet I was instantly given some promotional samples to try. When I paid for my parking I was stunned to realize my entire visit took less that 30 minutes from the time I pulled into my parking spot to the moment I left the parking structure. THAT is what I call the prefect doctor's office. Clean, friendly, well organized and thorough. If you are looking for an excellent dermatologist office you have officially discovered the perfect practice: Dr. Kay! You can thank me later :-)”

Dr. Kay practices the most advanced dermatologic cosmetic surgery techniques, with more than 23 years of experience. He still treats all his patients as if they were family. His patients' health and well-being are his primary concerns. No one knows better how to help someone with their skin problems as well as improve a person's skin and overall appearance. Dr. Kay earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and a residency in Dermatology at the University of Texas, Houston. Additionally, he holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Tulane University.
