Dr Martin Sayegh, DO, MS, FACC is a Board Certified Cardiologist dedicated to helping patients protect their hearts and live full, active lives. Dr. Sayegh provides compassionate, personalized care for adults across the full spectrum of cardiovascular health — from prevention, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol to chest pain, palpitations, heart failure, valve disease, and heart-rhythm disorders such as atrial fibrillation.
Patients appreciate that Dr. Sayegh listens carefully, explains things in plain language, and treats every visit as a partnership. "My goal is for every patient to leave informed, reassured, and confident in their plan — I want you to understand your heart, not just be told what to do."
A strong believer in preventive cardiology, Dr. Sayegh focuses on catching problems early — often before symptoms begin — through careful risk assessment and convenient on-site testing, including EKG, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory heart-rhythm monitoring.
Dr. Sayegh completed a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine- Montefiore Medical Center, an Internal Medicine residency at St Johns, and earned a medical degree from Touro College. He is Board-certified in both Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine, along with Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Sayegh is fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic and accepts most major insurance plans.
