Doctor ordered x-rays and MRI, had someone else’s deliver the results to me and not only hasn’t followed up but hasn’t replied to any messages in MyChart. Terrible experience

They make me wait for 1.5 hours even after booking an appointment and noticed that they were over booking patients just for the money. Will never go again

I wasn't seen for over an hour after my appointment time. It wasn't till I said If I am not going to be seen soon I am leaving that all of a sudden the doctor appeared. when I complained I could see him in his office not with any other patients.
Additionally once I was seen he was very fast and seemed to be phoning the physical in. When I asked about rash he said he would need to prescribe medication but wanted to see my bloodwork first. once my bloodwork came back fine the office called and said they would only write the script if I came in for another appointment even though I have already been evaluated for it. There is not other reason for this other than them trying to get more visits out of me.

They always make you wait past your appointment time then the doctor is in a rush when he sees you. They also never followed up with me on a referral after saying they would give me on and call me to let me know. Not a place you feel cared for as a patient.

I had two visits with this doctor, in total I waited over two hours to be seen by the doctor for a total of 15 minutes. The second visit was a 9am appointment, I waited till about 9:45am to ask what the delay was only to be told the doctor hadn’t even arrived at the office yet. The doctor finally shows up at 10am, walks in, no apology for wasting my time, and proceed to rush through looking through my test results. All he shared was vague results and vague treatment and explanations on the medicine prescribed. I’ll be more than happy to find a new primary care physician next year for my annual check up.

The doctor barely gave me any time, and did not take the time to clearly explain the problem or ask me questions about it. He was in a rush to leave. The second time, we had a Telehealth followup appointment and he barely gave me 2 minutes. He kept trying to leave the meeting, as I was asking follow up questions. I had a session just for him to tell me that he has referred me to another doctor. This could have been a message. Not sure if this is medical policy, but I paid just for a whole appointment, just for 120 seconds of his time.

Waited for an hour. Doctor didn’t listen to me and left as fast as possible. Doctor talked down to me. I left with no help for my illness and have to go see a new doctor.

I waited around an hour, did a lot of paper work and when finally the doctor came, he didn’t even give me 3 minutes. Didn’t listen to the full story of how I came to this situation. He didn’t provide any useful information like what foods to avoid to prefer, what exercises can help, etc. he just referred me another doctor and wrote a cream that even Google would have helped better. I feel like I wasted my time and money here.
