While the wait to see the Doctor was longer than I anticipated, it was within times I had with others.
I was a new patient and she was personable and professional. Explained her background etc. I felt she understood my needs and didn’t rush. I will be seeing her again next month to discuss labs. All in all, a pleasant experience. Sh actually reminds me of my PCP I left when I moved from Florida.

Dr. Chacko was great! She intentionally listens & she’s a hands on doctor. You tell her about a problem, she wants to access it. She also shares knowledge on daily habits. She wants to know about you. She didn’t rush the appointment. I just recently moved & I feel like I have already found my new pcp. I am satisfied.

I’m in the process of looking for the best PCM. I booked my appointment with Dr. Chacko based on her reviews. The location was close too. First impressions of the office was it was like all offices. Receptionist was good. My wait time was maybe 5 minutes. The assistant (Courtney) was amazing 10/10 for her. Dr. Chacko was great for this being my first appointment. She did show concern, asked questions and made me feel comfortable. I have high hopes that things will be good. I will definitely keep you posted.

First I must say that Dr. Chacko's office is a 20 minute ride from my house. So I was already not planning on being a patient. But Dr. Chacko and her staff changed my mind on the first visit. I was seen right away. The nurse was professional, friendly and the intake process was very thorough. Dr. Chacko came in and introduced herself, welcomed me and shook my hand. All of this made me feel very comfortable. Her bedside manner was impeccable. She examined me, referred me to other services that I needed and provided me with the prescription that I needed. I highly recommend this provider.
