“Going to the doctor makes me so nervous. I mean, just the idea of setting foot inside the door sets off my anxiety. Because of this, I have managed to avoid a pap smear up until this point in my life. But I recently found out I am pregnant, and I knew for baby's safety, I needed to go in, get checked, and learn more about baby plans. The entire staff were SO sweet. When the nurse and doctor found out this was my first time for all things obgyn-based, they were so patient in explaining everything. They made sure to explain step-by-step what to expect, what they were doing at all times, etc. I am proud to say that I have now conquered my first pap smear (which really wasn't bad at all ??), and I now have a plan for baby's care. I never thought I would say this, but I am grateful I went to the doctor today. This experience has filled me with a little more hope for the future, and I appreciate knowing I always have a "safe" doctor to go to in the future. ?? Can't recommend them enough! ”

Mary obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, before completing her Master of Science in Nursing degree, with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner, at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Her passion since the start of her career has always been women's health, and her clinical background includes over 11 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery. During these years, she has filled many roles and cared for patients ranging from antepartum through postpartum, as well as both low and high risk.
Mary is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners working in Women's Health, as she desires to remain up to date with best practices and deliver the highest quality of care to her patients.
Outside of work, Mary's favorite way to spend her time is with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys exploring new restaurants, Texas A&M football, country music, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

really thankful i got to have an appointment with mary, she was kind and attentive and very reassuring when i had many questions. she made me feel less stressed about my concerns. the office is a bit of a drive for me but it is worth for me to see a doctor i can trust.

After moving to a new area I asked several people for recommendations for new doctors. All new patient appointments were 5-6 months out and I really didn’t want to wait due to some current stressors. I googled obgyn book online appointments and was quickly brought to the zocdoc site. Scheduling was so easy. Really easy location to find. Friendly staff and got right in. Mary was phenomenal. So friendly and put me at ease immediately. She educated me and made sure at several points in the appointment that I didn’t have any further questions. Finding the right fit for obgyn is stressful and I’m shocked I got it right the first time. I’m not sure how I was so lucky to find her so quickly but I’m happy I did. I feel educated about my health and confident I’ll get get care and advice when I need it. 1000% would recommend.
