With 33 years of clinical experience and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, I have a wide range of skills and methods to help. Not everyone benefits fully from only one or even two therapy methods. I tailor my skills and interventions to each person depending on their needs, problems, and comfort. Different therapy methods are researched for the best outcomes based on the symptoms you are struggling with. I follow the research and start with approaches that are well-studied and show the best results. If you are not feeling better after a few sessions, we discuss this openly, and I introduce you to a different approach. I view therapy as a combined effort, with both of us working together to meet your personal goals. While I guide you, your feedback is regularly requested to ensure you are benefiting. You will find that I am very honest, direct, non-judgmental, compassionate, and genuine in my desire to help my clients.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
