What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients working with me can expect a therapeutic partnership that centers on their overall mental and emotional well-being. With a foundation in holistic, person-centered care, my approach integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and thoughtful medication management. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment. Every session is a collaborative process, tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring we’re always working together toward your path of growth and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process for working with clients begins with a comprehensive assessment to fully understand your individual needs, concerns, and goals. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I combine clinical evaluations with evidence-based assessments to ensure a thorough diagnostic process. While I offer medication management when appropriate, I also emphasize the importance of therapeutic dialogue, where we can explore your experiences and work together to find meaningful solutions. My care approach focuses not just on symptom relief but on identifying holistic pathways toward long-term mental wellness and personal growth.
