Getting to know Maryann Bate
Hi, I'm Maryann! As a professional mental health nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, my desire and passion are to provide care and give you the tools you need to improve your mental health. My aim is to provide a space for each patient to freely express their feelings and concerns and to find a solution that is specific and individualized to your concerns.
What should a new client know about working with you?
In sessions, patients will overcome mental health challenges that they face including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar or ADHD. Over time, you can expect reduction in stress, improved self-regulation, improved relationships, increased self-esteem and reduction in emergency visits. I look forward to working with you!
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My plan in diagnosis and management of mental health is a holistic centered approach. The holistic approach assesses mental health, physical health, social environment and overall wellbeing; often utilizing a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions that is individualized to each patient.
