I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong clinical background in critical care and mental health. I currently work as a leader in a Neurosurgical ICU while transitioning into outpatient psychiatric practice, allowing me to bring both medical insight and compassionate care to every patient interaction.
I specialize in treating adolescents, adults, and older adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and women’s mental health, including prenatal and postpartum support. I also provide thoughtful medication management combined with supportive and therapeutic approaches to care.
My philosophy is simple — I meet you where you are in life and work collaboratively with you to help you reach your personal goals for mental wellness. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey.

I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free space where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe mental health care works best when we work together to understand your experiences, identify goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your life.
During our first visit, I take time to listen carefully to your story, review symptoms, and explore biological, psychological, and social factors that may be affecting your well-being. Together we discuss treatment options, which may include medication management, therapy-informed strategies, lifestyle interventions, and education about your condition.
I treat adolescents, adults, and older adults with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and stress-related conditions. My goal is to help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work toward improved mental health and overall wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the first appointment, we complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms, medical history, life stressors, and treatment goals. I take time to listen carefully so we can develop a treatment plan that truly fits your needs.
Treatment may include medication management along with supportive therapy to help strengthen coping skills, manage stress, and improve emotional well-being. I believe mental health care works best when patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment decisions.
Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting medications when needed, and continuing supportive conversations that help patients navigate life challenges and build resilience.
My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and working toward lasting mental wellness.
