I had a great experience at Trident medical, not only did I get my well woman visit out of the way but I was ablento establish a regular GP their as well. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. The office was very clean and accessible (had my 5 month old and a stroller)

Didn’t like it at all she couldn’t write anything that my previous provider wrote. I had to go to 10 different dots for 10 different things so I feel like it can’t be my primary provider because my primary provider can write me anything that is needed that I was taking before I came to them that is still taking so this guy couldn’t do nothing for me but take my money

From the moment I walked through the door, this was an exceptional healthcare experience. Every single team member—from the welcoming front desk staff to my attentive medical assistant and skilled phlebotomist—demonstrated genuine care and professionalism that set the tone for my visit.
But what truly made this appointment outstanding was my doctor. She was not only incredibly pleasant, informative, and personable, but also someone who looks like me—a Black woman in medicine. In a healthcare landscape where representation still matters deeply, finding a physician who combines clinical excellence with cultural understanding is rare and invaluable. She took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely seen and heard.
This is the kind of care every patient deserves but doesn’t always receive. I’m giving this practice a well-earned 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for quality healthcare delivered with warmth .

The entire staff was so friendly! I've never had an experience like this I felt like I've been coming here for years but this was my first visit! I got an appointment the same day which is always great. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable, I left with a huge smile on my face. I also appreciated the fact that the entire staff (from what I could see) were people of color. To me, that truly makes all the difference in the type of care I've received. It's a one stop shop too, I didn't have to go to another office to get my bloodwork done, they did everything there. Amazing experience, amazing staff!

Dr Campbell was awesome! I felt a sense of genuine concern as everything was explained to me. I've had experiences at other places where I was just given a printout of my condition/diagnosis along with a prescription and pushed out the door. This was not the case here at all. Time was taken to explain everything to me thoroughly and then I was asked if I had any additional questions or concerns. 10 out of 10...I highly recommend!

Love, love, love Dr. Campbell! I love when doctors take time during your visit to hear you out. After my initial visit and concern we have a whole care plan spelled out. I felt confident walking out that I would get answers and that Dr. Campbell genuinely cared for my well being. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment and she had some great suggestions for me too.
