This was the first dermatologist I've been to that was actually thorough and did not the rush the process. He took his time to examine my skin and provided good advice for the next follow up visit. The staff was also very friendly!

I was happy to have obtained a last-minute appointment on a Sunday morning. I felt like Dr. Zemel took his time to fully listen and understand my concerns. I did not feel dismissed, and I did look forward to my follow-up appointment, but now I have to cancel or postpone it because the lab orders that were supposed to have been sent to Labcorp still do not exist despite me having a patient number. I'm not sure why I couldn't just have received (paper) scripts when I asked for them before leaving my appointment or even what has been the hold up for so long. Weeks later, and after I called 4 times and left 2 voice messages, now I may need to go to the emergency room due to an allergic emergency. My local pharmacy did manage to get my medication scripts, the doctor had a nice bedside manner, and the office staff during my appointment was very nice, so those are pluses. The staff I've interacted with since calling, I'm not so sure.
