Probably wouldn't return here....rushed exam, confusing and unhelpful diagnosis. Sort of informal process of getting checked in and being brought to the examining room.
Appointment was ok. Very straightforward Dr so that’s good. Diagnosis was “probably” and no recommendation for further exploration. Will be getting a second opinion just to make sure. Overall experience was fine.
Great resolution of my issue!

First of all I got lost. I finally found the office, 30 minutes past my appointment time. Went into the office and explained why I was late. I figured I would have to rebook my appointment. To my surprise the lady at the front desk was very nice and I was still able to see the doctor. I waited just a few minutes and she called me in. The wait for the doctor was less then 5 minutes. I was so pleased with the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Mingrone was great! He got right to it and was no nonsense. Asked me valid questions and listened to my concerns and provided helpful feedback. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Verified patient
The staff was friendly and efficient. I got a reminder call and, I was also sent info about nearby parking garages. We were seen quickly and appt lasted roughly 20 mins. We didn't get caught in traffic.
Verified patient
Went in for hearing loss, turned out to be a simple case of stuck earwax. Dr. Mingrone was able to quickly help out with little fanfare, and recommended I do some more at home and then return for a follow-up. No wait, easy and painless.
Verified patient
Not going back. Went to the appointment specifically for a hearing test, but they did not provide it. Instead they are sending me a different place for the test, and then I must return for a reading. This means 3 appointments instead of one for a simple hearing test. Every other doctor out there offers this, so I guessed I picked the wrong one. Also, the exam room was so unsanitary. There was an open syringe bottle left out on the table, dirty gloves were hanging over the cupboard doors, another tool was unplugged and just left on the floor. To top it all off, the doctor did not wear gloves and I don't think he even washed his hands, as I heard him talking with another patient seconds before he entered my exam room.

Excellent treatment and no wait time
Verified patient
Kind of a bummer. Was unable to diagnose or treat what was going on, didn't really seem super engaged or attuned, and didn't explain fully what was going on.
Verified patient
It was my first consultation. Prior to my visit I provided information online. I filled out a few more questionnaires in the office that asked for more detailed information. Dr. Mingrone asked several questions and did an examination then referred me for tests prior to making an evaluation. I will have a follow up appointment to find out the next steps.
Really nice
