I made the appointment to be seen via video about 30 hours prior to appointment. I received 1 email stating appointment was accept and I would be reached out to for instructions to join the video chat. Appointment came and gone. I never received any more emails (yes I checked all email folders), no messages via Zodoc or phone calls. So never got to meet the doctor.
