Dr. Raiz has been exceptional to work with. I came to her late last year really struggling with focusing and showing up with my family, friends, and at work. We met, she was able to quickly diagnose the issues, and she was able to get me on a plan that has significantly changed my performance in all areas of my life. I have an extremely optimistic outlook now, and will continue working with her to be the best version of myself. Her entire team and staff have been very helpful and friendly all along the way. I can't recommend Dr. Raiz and the LifeStance practice enough.

Dr. Raiz was wonderful. This was my first time meeting with a psychiatrist and I had been nervous but I was immediately put at ease by her professionalism, kindness, and expertise. The conversation was productive and thorough and she took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I greatly appreciated working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking support!
