doctor asked all the usual questions, reviewed them, and answered my questions satisfactorily. results came through a portal and was able to ask the doctors questions and it took him a lil while to answer them and yes i was freaking out in the inbetween but he was able to answer them and provide me assurance through portal and a personal call.

Dr. Johnson was thorough. He explained my health in a manner that was understood, the process flowed and I was in and out while also feeling that nothing was overlooked. His nurse asst. Ana was very warm & had the right touch for drawing blood from an arm that could be temperamental. Bridgett in reception was very nice. My experience was top notch.

Overall, the staff was very friendly. Not a very long wait time to be seen. I will blame the late appointment (1:15), but I did feel rushed by Dr Johnson.
Did not gauge my pain level. Proper self care methods not communicated. When describing the pain, was faced with more corrections as to where and what I was feeling than professional advise on what I can do to alleviate the pain. The time taken to observe my situation and access what is best for me was very short (Less than 10 minutes). Did not understand my urgency to receive treatment and wanted to see me back in a few weeks.
Now I am in more pain than before with only a prescription of amoxacilian. A surgeon that doesn't not tend to my situation was chosen as surgical consult by Dr. Johnson, forced me to return to find one that does.
