    Very impressed. It can be hard to find providers who will listen and care for you without shoving meds down your throat. Mack always listens to my concerns and ensures I am comfortable with all of his recommendations. He takes all of my health, lifestyle and personal experiences into consideration when we are finding the right medications and treatments for me. My opinions always feel heard and I feel like he genuinely cares.
    Mack is a wonderful provider who is very attentive and has great bedside manner. He is always on time to our meetings, pays attention to symptom changes, and always refills medications as soon as they are needed. He is also very responsive to emails and great at scheduling even when you have a complicated calendar. Highly recommend!
