Mackenzie Lane was awesome. I truly felt like someone actually listened to me and my concerns and needs for the first time ever.
I had such an incredible experience with Mckenzie. She was so personable and warm that it genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend—someone who truly cared about me and my well-being. She listened without judgment, made me feel completely seen and safe, and approached everything with compassion and sincerity. I left feeling understood and supported in a way I didn’t expect from a first appointment. I couldn’t recommend her more.
My experience with McKenzie Lane was truly outstanding and deeply appreciated. I came to her during a highly stressful situation where I honestly had not been able to cope, which made seeking help incredibly difficult. I was so grateful she was able to see me very quickly. Even though the stress and anxiety are still immense, her professionalism and kindness were exceptional. Crucially, she was incredibly compassionate and dedicated to listening to how I was feeling. She didn't just address my immediate needs; she truly understood the emotional burden I was carrying. This level of empathy and genuine care is rare, and it made me feel supported and seen during one of my most challenging moments. The immense relief comes from the assurance that she is committed to helping me get through this highly stressful time in my life. McKenzie is a credit to her profession and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with her, in person, which was key to getting the help I needed. She was kind, did not judge, listened empathetically, and offered options.

Im not a big Dr. person as I have experienced more greed than truly wanting to help you. Dr. McKenzie really strikes me as someone that truly cares about you and your well being than her own pocket book. This means a lot to me as for me i feel it really leads to getting to the issue without pushing medication and such on you. She will truly listen to you and will truly try to pair you up with a therapist she feels will better help you as far as likes and such. She is a straight shooter and seems to not beat around the bush which I truly appreciate.

McKenzie was fantastic. Really what set her apart is that she was actually listening to me and having a conversation with me. She wasn't trying to fit me into some sort of pre-determined mold and that was really fantastic. I've had bad experiences in the past so having someone listen to what I'm saying and help me based on that was great.
