She let me know that my right ear was fine and that the hearing issue in my left ear was due to hardened ear wax near the eardrum. She cleaned what she could safely and explained the treatment plan step by step, which made me feel more at ease.
The staff was friendly, and I didn't feel rushed. I appreciate the careful approach and would return for follow-up.”

I had a swollen, infected finger. During treatment I experienced some complications with blood pressure. Everyone I the joined forces to make sure I was okay. They also contacted my family to come get me because I couldn't drive home. They made my care priority one. I will gladly keep coming back.

Worst experience ever. The "doctor" seemed unsure of herself the entire time. They even asked my partner to assist with medical help. Overall it was a mess and I was there for 3 hours and dont feel like my issues were resolved.

I would suggest a VRI for deaf patients as as all can’t read lips and I had to have the questions repeated several times and had to remind them to remove their masks. I also didn’t get my usual Dr. Mocks. I could read her lips clearly. Dr Taylor was great it had difficulty understanding her, probably because of her being new. But overall it was a good experience.
