they dont seem to using zocdoc. wasted time poor information. basically walkin because they didnt honor zocdoc. so wasted time because the service i went for was not available

The office staff and cleanliness were nice but I would only recommend this establishment with a warning - call ahead to make sure that they accept your insurance.
Although I pre-registered on ZocDoc AND their site (as requested), their system was down and I needed to register again there once I was at the office.
In addition, on ZocDoc, it indicated that they accepted my insurance. It was only when I arrived at my appointment that I was notified that their policy had changed. They no longer accepted my insurance and I needed to pay full-price for the vaccine I needed in order to register for school.
I paid because of time restraints. Had I known in advance though, I would have booked with a provider who actually accepts my insurance instead.
