This was an unpleasant visit. The office was extremely cold and I had to keep on my coat and hat etc., like all the other patients while waiting to be called. The floors in the lobby were wet and there was one space heater on one side of the large room that did not serve the purpose of keeping the lobby warm. The office did not have the correct supplies for my venipuncture and said they were awaiting stock replenishment and used a huge needle that punctured my small vein and caused me unnecessary pain. I opted to leave. However, the medical assistant was very kind and caring but her colleague who tried to help was rude and lacked empathy. I would not go back or recommend anyone to go to this facility.

I wrote a note when I booked the appointment, I clearly stated that we’ve been to citymd and was referred and scheduled to a specialist but they don’t cater pedia patients. We wanted an ear wax cleaning /removal procedure for my son. We could have not wasted our time, effort and money, if someone has called us regarding our concern. What’s the use of putting information if they don’t even read it. Was really disappointed and I think I won’t go back again.

From the time I arrived the receptionist Robbie was great. I was seen within 20 minutes & the staff in overall were very professional. I would most definitely recommend it & will be coming back for sure.

this place doesn't work with zodoc , I confirmed that with the staff when I made an appointment but I also showed up around 6-7pm when there weren't as many ppl around so I was seen immediately. other then how everything started it was a good visit the staff was nice
