The front desk 2 ladies Spanish unprofessional they was speaking about a patient very bad words second is that they told me my insurance us not active ridiculous I went to another urgent care and called my insurance and it was active I will never return to Medi rite urgent care they are racism too

I WAS ABLE TO BOOK A 5:45PM APPOINTMENT ON ZOCDOC.. THERE WERE OTHER AVAILABILITIES PASS 7PM.. WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE, THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT THEY CLOSE AT 5PM. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. APPOINTMENTS ON THE SITE BUT THE OFFICE IS CLOSED 3 HOURS BEFORE THE LAST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT IS INSANE.
