**Please note that only sick visits can be scheduled online - ALL well child services and behavioral health services need to contact the office directly. ** *** This clinic does not accept self-pay patients. *** A general pediatrician, Megan DeFrates, MD, provides comprehensive primary care for infants, children and adolescents in an outpatient setting. She has a particular focus on nutrition and breastfeeding. She also is interested in development and behavior issues in children. In order to best serve you, please remember to provide your unique member ID number on your insurance card for your appointment. I brought my son in for a physical. We got placed in an examination room right away and there was hardly any wait time before the nurse arrived. Dr. Defrates was very thorough, very kind in her bedside manner and a good listener. She had great ideas and suggestions. I didn’t feel rushed through the appointment at all. She had a good sense of humor and my son seemed comfortable with her.
