Megan graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2005. She returned to school to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University in 2009. Megan worked as an ICU nurse for seven years while earning her Masters degree in Nursing. She is now a board certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
Megan is passionate about ensuring that her patients have quality health care and stay as healthy as possible. She and her family enjoy spending time together, watching movies, and sports like football and hockey. She is a busy sports mom, and can often be found on the road taking her kids to all of their activities when she is not at work.

Megan was great! She is a good listener, answered all my questions and gave me the procedure to follow. The staff was very professional and pleasant and the office is very nice. I would highly recommend it.

I came in to establish a primary care physician and walked out with a new sense of hope. My nurse practitioner, and the physician that saw me were both kind, listened to me, and made me feel valid and understood. I’ve had an unfortunate history of feeling overlooked and pushed around by doctors, not being taken seriously, and this was the first experience in years that was positive for me. The office was clean and updated, and all other staff I interacted with were kind, professional, and welcoming. I filled out the pre-appointment registration forms online and was seen on time. I didn’t feel rushed, nor did the staff seem like they were rushing. For the first time in a long time, I felt like a person and not a number.

I initially saw Megan Forsberg for a concussion. She has been wonderful through it, so I have decided to make her my primary care NP. It’s very comfortable talking to her. I can be a little high strung and get very anxious in a medical setting, but she is very calming and listens. I highly recommend her!
