“Was nervous due to mixed reviews online but was impressed. Doctor visits are what you make of them… speak your mind about what’s bothering you and ask for specific tests to make the process easier. Didn’t meet Dr Khan but with the other staff didn’t really feel the need to. Very short wait time, friendly staff, and clean office. Only had one visit so far, not too much to judge off of but will be back. ”

Don't understand service dog ADA regulations. Very upsetting. Lots of questions that make no sense. Ask for 'registration' (that doesn't exist). Insist they know service dog rules/regulations, but don't have a clue. Asking questions that don't make sense. Don't go if you use a service dog for disability. They will not see you- unless dog is placed in car!

I had an appointment today with Megan Pham, NP, at her Greenwood Village office, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt rushed and not listened to. Megan repeatedly talked over me, making it difficult to express my concerns and describe my symptoms. I went in for an allergic cough and was hoping to discuss medication options, such as antihistamines or an inhaler. Instead, I was met with a recommendation for shots, which felt like a one-size-fits-all approach that didn’t take my individual preferences into account.
It’s important for healthcare providers to listen to their patients, especially when it comes to treatment choices. Not everyone is comfortable with injections, and I did not feel that my preferences or concerns were respected. I understand that every patient is different, and while shots might work for some, it certainly isn’t the right choice for everyone. This lack of understanding, combined with the rushed nature.

I had my appointment with Megan and it unfortunately felt rushed, especially as a new patient. If it weren’t for me understanding medical terminology, I’d be completely lost. I understand we all have our days but it definitely felt she was a bit distracted, rubbing her face and eyes, seemed all a bit dismissive and it felt very monotone and not really interested in my concerns. I appreciate getting to the point but I’m hoping for a more patient focused experience on my next visit.
Other than that the lady with glasses at the front desk was kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very helpful and kind!
The medical assistant with the pink scrubs who took my vitals and bloodwork was also super kind and professional. I didn’t even feel the poke. Overall this clinic has kind staff!

It was great! I was helped in a very timely manner and all the ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable. The appointment was quick, I got what I needed, and I was even referred to a good place to go for one of my existing issues. I also appreciated that it was easy to make the appointment amd get in the next day.

I went in to have my ears cleaned because I have been having hearing issues. I was expecting them to irrigate my ears or something. I looked in my ears with a camera prior and noted ear wax close to the ear drum. All they did was put hydrogen peroxide in my ears and poke in my ears. Also let the hydrogen peroxide Then told me they couldn’t get the ear wax out because it was too close to my ear drum. However, the other nurse practitioner said my ears are inflamed and that my ears are clean. Then said they aren’t inflamed but might be behind. It was a waste of time. They were friendly but don’t come to get your ears cleaned. They said to continue using q tips.

I found Megan to be rude and unprofessional in communication. Very condescending regarding my situation, used medical terminology that was difficult to understand, and wrote out next steps on a piece of paper, no follow up via email regarding next steps like most medical professionals provide. The appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. Would not recommend.

Megan was extremely helpful. She listened to my questions and concerns and immediately offered solutions to help. She even pivoted to discuss plans to address high blood pressure, which was not part of the appointment. Overall, I was very impressed.

The doctor was fine but I’m really frustrated with the visit experience. I made an appointment for wart removal and after waiting 45 min, filling out paperwork and getting all my vitals taken, they told me they don’t do wart removal. It took almost 2 hours out of my work day. I wish they would have called to cancel the apt when they saw the reason or not let me make the apt in the first place.

Megan was phenomenal, she listened and scheduled me appropriate follow ups with specialists / X-rays. Great energy and bedside manner.
I stopped coming to this practice due to a change in nurse practitioners about 2 years ago and I really did not enjoy working with the previous nurse on staff. However, Dr. Khan has always been great and with Megan, I plan on continuing my primary care here.

Not recommended for urgent gynecological issues
I went to this center with symptoms of burning, itching, and visible sores. I explained everything clearly, but the exam was superficial, and they told me I was “perfectly healthy” without a thorough check. They asked me to wait one week for a follow-up, despite my discomfort. This could have delayed treatment and worsened my condition.
I decided to seek a second opinion at another center, where they immediately found multiple lesions, including sores that the first clinic missed. The doctor confirmed that I needed immediate treatment, which the first center completely overlooked.
The lack of proper attention and dismissal of my symptoms could have caused serious complications if I hadn’t sought help elsewhere. I do not recommend this center for urgent care, as they failed to take my concerns seriously
