Melanie always makes me feel comfortable and truly listens to what I say. She made me feel heard during the process of getting on the correct medication and doses for me. She remembers details about her patients and truly cares. Highly recommend her!

She truly listens to everything I share without judgment and offers thoughtful, compassionate guidance every time. Her support has been invaluable, and I always leave our sessions feeling lighter and more hopeful. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better psychiatrist — she has made such a positive difference in my life.

Melanie was both professional and very understanding. She was patient and asked thoughtful questions. Throughout my entire appointment, I felt heard and adequately cared for.
The process from registration to prescription was very straightforward.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Ms. Osefo.

Melanie confirmed my appointment and I filled out all the necessary paperwork, but she did not show up and has not followed up to explain or apologize. She also did not respond to my messages through her online portal. Very strange and obviously unprofessional.
