I was never seen by the doctor. I contacted the office 20 minutes before my appt because I never received instructions on how to join the virtual call. The office confirmed it's just a standard phone call that I will receive from the doctor. An hour after my scheduled appt time I called the office to find out why I hadn't been called yet. I was informed that the doctor was in with another patient and that as soon as the staff could connect with the doctor they'd call me back with a new time the doctor would contact me. I never received another phone call.

Being a new patient i was a bit nervous. The office reminded me of my family doctor I had years ago and not some super busy turn and burn doctors office. Ally was really welcoming and assured me that I would really enjoy coming to the office. Super friendly and joked with me as I’m sure she could tell I was nervous. Dr Wassel wasted no time and we started chatting right away. She knows her stuff! Anything I said to her she repeated to me and reassured me she was listening to my concerns. I was impressed. She showed the same concern that I was about my issues and really took the time to explain everything. I’m definitely at ease and am very happy I’ve found a new doctor.
