About Melissa Buscetta
My goal as your dietitian is to create a safe space for us to connect. I want to learn more about you so that we can reach your goals in a way that feels right for you. We make hundreds of choices about food every day, and for some, these decisions can be very behavior-based. With a background in mental health counseling and a Bachelor's in Dietetics from the City University of New York, Queens, my job is to help you connect the dots to break through any limiting beliefs on your journey so that you're never back to square one again. Together, we drown out the noise and keep you focused on your unique plan, so you can feel confident around food and in your body once and for all. Ever feel anxious around food or before an event? By trusting in the process and me as your expert dietitian, I help you enjoy your favorite foods without discomfort or guilt.
