Through my down days of challenges, Melissa helped me not too be so hard on myself and she encouraged me to continue the change. In the past 5 months my husband and I have gone from eating out everyday- to cutting and preparing daily healthy meals. My health lab numbers has improved dramatically and I've dropped from 158 to 143lbs. My main goal was to change from unhealthy eating to healthy eating. About Melissa Iem
Hi! My name is Melissa and I'm originally from Orlando, Florida. I've been a registered dietitian since 2020 and previously worked for major hospital systems in the Orlando area. I enjoy spending one-on-one time with patients to help them meet their nutrition goals! My husband and I recently moved to Rhode Island and greatly appreciate the change in 'Seasons' we have up north! I enjoy traveling, hiking, trying new food and spending time with my one-eyed fluffy cat, Finn. :)
