My approach I combine medication management and psychotherapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, Focused Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytical, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe prioritizing mental health enables you to experience a fulfilling life characterized by self-awareness, self-worth, and comprehensive well-being.
