About Meredith Cryer

Meredith Cryer is a licensed registered dietitian. She received her bachelor's degree in dietetics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Meredith went on to complete a dietetic internship at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has been a dietitian for over 26 years. Her career started in the hospital setting, and she has worked with patients in all life stages from preterm infants to geriatrics. She has a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness and has an affinity for preventive health and wellness, women's health, diabetes management, chronic kidney disease, weight management, and other areas. Meredith is dedicated to providing personalized nutrition advice and creating meal plans that fit her clients' lifestyles. She emphasizes integrating physical activity and mental well-being alongside nutrition. Her goal is to empower individuals to make knowledgeable choices that build healthy, sustainable habits.
