Dr. Mian M. Javaid is a seasoned physician serving in key leadership roles at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, South Dakota, where he is the Director of the Hospitalist Department and Chair of the Medicine Department. His primary clinical focus is providing care to adult medicine patients. Dr. Javaid earned his M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine in 2009 and completed his internal medicine residency at Queens Hospital Center (affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital) in 2013.

4. Patient will need to complete office intake forms 45mins before the appointment(ID Proof/insurance card is mandatory).

I am so glad I came in today. I usually have a hard time scheduling appointments and don't always get around to seeing doctors as often as I should. I was able to schedule the appointment to see Dr Javaid the right before and he was extremely thorough and curtious throughout the appointment. I will definitely be seeing him for my primary care may forward.
