Michael Genkin is a diligent and highly capable podiatrist serving the city of New York, NY. Originally from the Republic of Belarus, USSR, Dr. Genkin received his medical education from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Genkin. He listened and tested some pain points really patiently, made recommendations and explained my xray, recommended some changes for my routine as well as specific advice for an upcoming trip I have to take. He took the time to help with an impromptu treatment and fitted a compression sleeve for me to have an easier time walking. He even recommended some sneakers and life hacks to avoid injury and tension. Perfect experience!!!

I felt an overall lack of confidence by Michael Genkin. Anytime I asked a question he started his answer with “I guess” and didn’t clearly answer my questions. I went in asking if I have a fracture (which I’ve had in the past) and left still not knowing because he looked at me like I had three heads when I asked for an X-ray. Overall I’d prefer to go to someone more knowledgeable, confident and one who provides solutions and suggestions.
