He served on the Board of Directors, Benchmark Family Medical Clinic, College Park, GA from 1989-2002 He was the Vice President of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association 1984-1988. Dr. Hartpence was the President, Southern Crescent Management Company, Medical Billing Division from: 1995-1998 He was the Vice President, AmeriCare International Inc. Management Services Organization. Bradenton, Florida 1998-2000 Dr. Hartpence has been practicing on the Southside of Atlanta for over 40 years.
