About Dr. Michael Hong
Michael Hong, MD is a skilled dermatologist at Dermatology Partners, with expertise in both adult and pediatric dermatology. Originally from Arlington, Virginia, and raised in Seoul, Korea, he has made Baltimore, Maryland his home since 2012. Dr. Hong completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Johns Hopkins University before earning his medical degree from the University of Maryland. He went on to complete his Preliminary Year in Internal Medicine at Sinai Hospital and his Dermatology Residency at the University of Maryland, including training at UMMC and the Baltimore VA.
Dr. Hong is passionate about skin cancer prevention, as well as the medical and surgical treatments of skin cancers. His clinical interests also extend to managing common dermatological conditions such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and hair loss. He enjoys working with patients of all ages, providing comprehensive care tailored to their needs. His diverse interests and commitment to his patients make him a valued member of the Dermatology Partners team.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hong is an avid golfer and weight lifter, and he enjoys traveling.
