“Everything was fine, I got in before my appointment time. Right after the first interview by a nurse, I was taken to X-ray room by a X-ray nurse and just after a few minutes I was taken back to the original room and just after a couple of minutes the doctor came in and he already had the results from the X-ray and made a care plan and also gave me an injection which right away helped me by minimizing my joint pain. ”

About Dr. Michael Krantzow
Dr. Michael Krantzow is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Peninsula Hospital Center and Plainview Hospital, followed by additional residency training at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital. Dr. Krantzow then completed his fellowship training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where he served as assistant team physician to the NY Jets and NY Islanders.
Dr. Krantzow offers his patients expertise in the latest technologies involving both non-surgical and surgical treatments. He provides stem cell and other biologic injection therapies. Surgically, he performs minimally invasive techniques to treat sports-related injuries of the extremities, as well as utilizing robotic technology for partial and total knee replacements and hip replacements.
