He is an associate faculty member at the Hofstra medical school and is part of the Initial Clinical Experience program mentoring students in the office. Dr. Lowenthal received his medical degree in 1997 from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University in Israel. He completed his internship and residency in Medicine at North Shore University Hospital and was Chief resident from 2000 to 2001.
